At this point, my concern extends beyond the original misconduct to the university’s collective failure to respond in a manner consistent with student safety, academic integrity, and stated Title IX and conduct policies. I have attempted to resolve this through the appropriate channels, including Campus Police, Title IX, and the course instructor, but I have received no substantive explanation or assurance that this conduct was taken seriously or addressed appropriately. I am therefore requestin
